  Donated by The Carrington Foundation For Public Art  to the United States Army which then presented

it on April 12, 2002 to the President and people of South Korea to be placed in the "Blue House".
Materials for this historic sculpture were taken from a locomotive / track (spikes) / barbed wire located on the Korean DMZ
